Firmstep Launch Freedom of Information Solution
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Freedom of Information solution. Developed together with Lincolnshire County Council, this solution is now available on the Firmstep platform.
The FOI solution allows the management of information requests and responses, in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Customers can make new information requests, search through similar requests, and track the progress of their enquiry.
The Firmstep FOI solution allows internal routing and Councils, Directorates and individuals can manage FOI requests efficiently from one place. The solution encourages time and cost savings by reducing duplication of requests, providing visibility of all requests and encourages self-service by making the web the easiest way to make a request.
