Reigate & Banstead Borough Council is 11th Surrey Council to use AchieveForms
Reigate & Banstead Borough Council has chosen AchieveForms to be their corporate online forms solution. The Council is the 11th Authority in Surrey to adopt AchieveForms and is looking to replace a number of paper forms with online alternatives.
With some 40 forms requiring transformation, ranging from parking permit applications to street re-naming requests, AchieveForms has been chosen based on its ease of use. Creation and maintenance of forms will be devolved from IT to the web team and other teams will be able to publish forms for themselves.
By moving their forms online, Reigate & Banstead Borough Council will be able to offer a better user experience online, benefit from greater efficiency and maintain a standard look and feel across all their forms.
