Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council decied on AchieveForms
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council have chosen to adopt AchieveForms to replace their existing online forms system.
Dudley Council set out to replace an existing, outdated online forms system around a year ago. As big e-Forms users, they were looking for a product that would allow them easier maintenance and deployment of forms on both their intranet and external website to improve the e-Form customer experience.
After an extensive research period which included assessing the functionality, value for money and market penetration of various products, the Council short-listed three packages and this month made the decision to adopt AchieveForms.
The decision was based primarily on AchieveForms’ easy-to-use development environment and strong integration capabilities with back-office systems such as online payments, and third-party add-ons. The Council are looking forward to being able to use AchieveForms to interface with more core business products and to introduce business users into the form design process.
Other drivers for the purchase included good integration with the Microsoft environment currently used at Dudley, usability improvements on the forms themselves and of course, W3C accessibility considerations.
The Council will be using AchieveForms as part of a programme to replace and improve 170 forms following installation in September.
Annual Customer Conference Date Announced
