Business Web Software announce ‘Firmstep’ as new trading name.
Business Web Software announced at their Annual User Conference that they will be trading under the new name of ‘Firmstep’ from January 2009.
The change of name has been introduced in line with the company’s evolving technology and the announcement comes along with a number of exciting developments to the Firmstep technology platform.
The Firmstep name will be phased in over the next couple of months, in time for a January launch.
Registration Opens for 2008 Business Web Software Annual User Conference
Business Web Software has is now opened registration for their 2008 Annual User Conference at Wembley Stadium on the 16th October 2008. The day will include demonstrations, focused forums and a number of expert speakers including the Institute of Customer Service.
Business Web Software is expecting record numbers of delegates for this event and are offering 40 delegates the opportunity to take a special guided tour of Wembley Stadium.
