Crown Prosecution Service uses AchieveForms as part of e-enablement
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is using AchieveForms as part of their e-enablement programme to move their internal paper forms to online alternatives.
The CPS has already begun moving their 300 plus paper-based forms online with the ambition of creating electronic versions of all internal forms. The e-enablement programme aims to reduce the time and effort it currently takes to process paper forms, to reduce costs and make management reporting simpler and more efficient.
Due to its powerful design capabilities, AchieveForms is being used to build the more complex online forms, such as those requiring validation and conditional behaviour.
AchieveForms has already been used to build an online questionnaire template and internal training questionnaire for the Leadership and Learning Department, allowing them to capture feedback from delegates attending internal training courses.
The programme will include the creation of online forms across many business areas including Health and Safety, HR, Finance and Governance
