AchieveForms Mobile Working for Stout Risius Ross

Stout Risius Ross (SRR) is a 200 person financial and operational advisory firm. The firm specialises in investment banking, through their subsidiary Stout Risius Ross Advisors, LLC., operational strategy & performance improvement, restructuring & turnaround, valuation & financial opinions, and dispute advisory & forensic services. SRR has offices in Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, New York, and Washington, DC.

SRR will be using AchieveForms for offline mobile working in the Operational Strategy & Performance Improvement Group (OSPI). SRR works closely with clients to assist them in the alignment of their strategic, operational and financial objectives. Their clients include Fortune 50 corporations to closely-held private companies in numerous industries around the globe.

The OSPI group provides onsite assessments at client plants. Advisors provide analysis and assessment on a number of management systems including plant production lines, IT and finance, and report back their findings via a series of ratings. AchieveForms will be used to capture these assessment details while onsite and calculate ratings for each assessed system.

Once the assessment is complete, the XML data captured with AchieveForms will be extracted and reports generated with a reporting tool created by NuSoft solutions, a leading Microsoft consulting firm headquartered in Michigan. Using this tool, SRR will be able to graphically represent and manipulate the captured data.

SRR chose AchieveForms for its offline client, data security and ability to re-synchronise data. The AchieveForms offline client is crucial to this project as onsite advisors do not always have access to the internet. Other important factors in choosing AchieveForms was the ability to make amendments to the form where necessary without the need for specialist IT skills.

As a result of this project, Stout Risius Ross will achieve greater data security and enhancement of their client experiences.
