Business Web Software Annual User Conference
This was our biggest user conference yet with more delegates registered and in attendance than ever before.
With two product launches, four guest speakers and seven demo areas running throughout the day we also had our busiest agenda to date.
Over the past year Business Web Software has continued to grow with new customers in New Zealand, Australia, North America, France and Scandinavia, as well as the UK and Ireland.
Business Web Software products are used for an increasingly wide variety of business functions in many different industries including local and central government, NHS, not-for-profit organisations, financial institutions, professional bodies and many others.
Our products continue to evolve and improve, with particular emphasis on usability, accessibility and integration capabilities.
In 2008, we will be introducing AchieveEnterprise, a modular enterprise solution that brings together all the Business Web Software products on one platform. This platform will allow greater interaction and integration between the products, and the ability to build exact-fit business solutions for specific business needs. Customers will be able to choose one or more product modules. We will also be offering greater flexibility and scalability through new licensing models. These models will be available in Quarter 1 of 2008.
The last year has seen a number of improvements to our customer services and we remain committed to further improvement in 2008. The introduction of account consultants, improvements to support procedures and greater user communication through regular newsletters are some of the initiatives that have been put in place to enable us to better support our users and enjoy open and honest communication. Upcoming projects include further improvements to the support process and a new extranet which will be easier to use and offer more collaboration and community features.
