One Stop Shop Success for Corby Borough Council
In July 2006, Corby Borough Council opened the doors to Corby's brand new One Stop Shop. The One Stop Shop is a central point where residents can come for all their council enquiries including payment of council tax, housing applications and planning queries. In the last year, the One Stop Shop has seen more than 180,000 visitors pass through its doors.
The centre offers 7 service stations manned by customer service assistants. All stations use an AchieveForms/Frontline CRM integration as the front-end to their online services.
Corby Borough Council use AchieveForms for everything from complex housing register applications to online petitions, and customer satisfaction surveys.
