EU Services Directive Solution Announced

As the 27th December deadline approaches, we are pleased to announce that we are in the process of building around 40 compliant licensing forms that meet the EU Services Directive and will be making them available on the Achieve Platform.
This will be a stand-alone solution available to all Local Authorities, AchieveForms and non-AchieveForms customers alike.
The solution is available to existing AchieveForms customers regardless of which version of the software you currently use.
The solution is available at a cost of £300 per month (including support).

Firmstep Launch Freedom of Information Solution
November 2009
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Freedom of Information solution. Developed together with Lincolnshire County Council, this solution is now available on the AchievePlatform.
The FOI solution allows the management of information requests and responses, in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Customers can make new information requests, search through similar requests, and track the progress of their enquiry.
The Firmstep FOI solution allows internal routing and Councils, Directorates and individuals can manage FOI requests efficiently from one place. The solution encourages time and cost savings by reducing duplication of requests, providing visibility of all requests and encourages self-service by making the web the easiest way to make a request.
Annual Customer Conference Registration Opens

Registration is now open for our Annual Customer Conference on November 4th, as it returns to the Tower of London
The Annual Customer Conference is open to all our customers, it’s free and offers an opportunity to find out the latest news, product developments, what’s coming up next year, and hear from customers achieving great things on the Firmstep platform
