The Situation
The population of Corby is expected to expand to 100,000 over the next two decades through regeneration. With such big plans for growth, Corby Borough Council needed to take measures to ensure that staff would be able to cope with the associated increase in queries from residents, whilst maintaining a high level of service provision.
